Air Purifier That Helps With Litterbox Smell?

Is there some kind of air purifier that will rid the room of odor? I've been looking at the Ionic Breeze from Sharper Image. I'm thinking about switching to Arm and Hammer litter because a lot seem to say it works good at getting rid of odor. However, I am wanting some type of air purifier to buy that will control the odor. Thanks.
