Do those Ionic breeze or Filter things really work?

Hello I am an artist that deals with lots of different art media. From spray paint, color pencil, markers, paints, and clay it can get pretty dusty and moldy. Opening the window and cleaning regurlarly just isn't enough. I've heard other artist use these Ionic pro and other Filter devices to suck in all the harmfull things that float around in the air. Cleaner air sounds good to me. Any adive would be awesome, Thanks.
