I Am Looking To Buy An Air Purifier. I Don’t Have Allergies Nor Asthma. I Just Want Clean Air.any Suggestions?

I recently moved into an older house. It does not have central air. Just ceiling mounted fans, radiators, and window AC units. I am noticing a large amount of dust accumulating. On campus there is a meditation room. The air there smells great, I believe it is ionized. Do you have any suggestions or recomendationgs for an (ionic?) air purifier?
