My Girlfriends Parents Smoke In The House, Is There An Air Purifier That Can Remove Smoke From Her Room?

Please help as I want it to remove all the Tobacco chemicals and odor to keep her safer! I have seen some air purifiers however don't know what the best one for the job would be. Many thanks!
