What’s A Good And Inexpensive Air Purifier That Minimizes Dust?

My dorm room gets EXTREMELY dusty and I am interested in getting an air purifier mainly for the purpose of minimizing the dust buildup. I'm not trying to spend a whole lot of money but I don't want a piece of crap either.
I'd highly appreciate any suggestions you have to offer.
